SINOPSE
The film’s heroine is Agnieszka, a young girl living in a Łódź orphanage. As the black child of a Polish mother and Kenyan father she has little chance of being adopted in Poland.

During his time at the Łódź Film School, Derkaoui directed four short films of different genres. During his studies, Derkaoui remained politically active and engaged in student life, supporting the struggles for democracy and human rights in Morocco.
