SINOPSE
Accompanied by the phone conversation between Mark Soosaar and architect Malle Meelak there are views of the new district Lasnamäe, Tallinn. Chief architect of the new residential building district, Malle Meelak, tells Mark Soosaar openly about the difficulties and problems related to the construction of the district, about the pros and cons of the dormitory district of a city. Meelak believes that in some fifteen years, Lasnamäe could already be quite a friendly area.

Mark Soosaar, born in 1946, in Viljandi, is an Estonian film director, cinematographer, screenwriter, and politician. He graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in 1970 and worked for Eesti Televisioon and then for Tallinnfilm as a director and cinematographer. Afterward, he moved to Pärnu, where he founded his own film studio, Weiko Saawa Film.
