SYNOPSIS
SINOPSE
The film recreates one of the performances of the "Orchidea" theater, led by Mykhailo Koptev—a marginal trash-designer from Luhansk. The maestro affirms a different status for the artist—without a patron, without a mentor, adhering to the idea of art for art's sake.

Yelyzaveta Sherstnyova is a fourth-year-student at the Department for TV directors. In 2021, she took part in the Kinobereh (“FilmShore”) residency in the Kherson region. In 2023, she filmed an experimental work about the designer Mykhailo Koptev WITH LOVE, KOPTEV. Currently, she is working on a graduation feature.
Olia Koval was born in 2001 in Chernihiv. Now she is finishing her studies as a cinematographer at the Kyiv National Karpenko-Kary University for Theatre, Film, and Television. In 2020, she graduated from the MYPH School of Conceptual Photography. She participated in many Ukrainian and international exhibitions.
