Glajcha
SYNOPSIS
SINOPSE
Glajcha (topping out) is a tradition marking the moment a building construction reaches its highest point, when a ribboned tree is raised atop the roof truss. A guerrilla-style intervention takes us onto a construction site, where reality collides with polished architectural visualizations of a new residential district. A jovial real estate agent sells visions of home within a speculative property market, exposing the tension between lived reality and its carefully constructed, market-driven image.
