Romani Short Films

Amaro Kino, meaning “Our Cinema”, brings together a selection of short films centred on Romani stories and perspectives. Presented by the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture, the programme moves between documentary and fiction, following moments of identity and everyday life within Europe’s largest ethnic minority.

Unassuming and precise, these films make space for Romani voices to be seen and heard on their own terms.
