SCHOOL VISIT
DFFB and FAMU in focus
This year, BEAST presents the SCHOOL VISIT programme, developed in collaboration with two of Europe’s most prestigious film schools: FAMU – Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (Czech Republic) and DFFB – Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (Germany).
Bringing together works by emerging filmmakers, the programme offers audiences and students the opportunity to discover new perspectives on contemporary Central and Eastern European cinema through fiction, documentary and animation. SCHOOL VISIT highlights the role of film education in creating new cinematic languages and fostering spaces for experimentation and critical reflection.
